Delivery of the Richmond Social Impact Management Plan for Powerlink's CopperString 2032 transmission project - one of Australia's largest electricity infrastructure projects, requiring approval by the Queensland Office of the Coordinator-General under demanding regulatory and community expectations.

Specialist social impact sub-consultant to WSP, providing senior advisory across SIA, mitigation design and SIMP quality assurance.

Set the foundational advisory direction at project kick-off; co-facilitated an in-person mitigation workshop with Powerlink's internal project team; shaped the SIMP structure and mitigation measures throughout drafting; and delivered a thorough senior review of the entire draft SIMP prior to submission to the Office of the Coordinator-General.

SIMP approved by the Queensland Office of the Coordinator-General. Client (WSP) endorsed Andrea's approach for future major projects requiring SIMP expertise.
